Armtek System – SealTek’s ArmTek System, is a Pure Acrylic, green tech system developed to replace the traditional out-dated torch on systems. Utilising our ArmTek waterproof coating, in conjunction with an acrylate coated fibreglass membrane, allows for an increase in the strength, flexibility and durability of the finished system. ArmTek is ideal for waterproofing flat concrete slabs, retaining walls etc.
Flex Tek System – FlexTek System, is a Pure Acrylic system developed to replace the traditional as well as out-dated waterproofing systems. Using our FlexTek waterproof coating that is extremely flexible, with Spunfab material woven membrane. This increases the strength as well as the life span, making this system ideal for IBR joints, Tiled roofs, overlaps etc.
Hydro Block – An Eco Friendly Pure Acrylic waterproof coating, which is adhesion promoted, UV Stable, flexible and extremely durable. Our waterproof coating is easy to apply and ideal for most waterproofing applications – Slabs, Roofs, and Foundations etc.
Hydro Flex – HydroFlex is an Eco Friendly Pure Acrylic waterproof coating that is extremely flexible, with up to 450% stable elongation. This makes it the ideal product for IBR, corrugated metal, tiled roofs, flashings and parapets etc. HydroFlex is adhesion promoted and will adhere to concrete, masonry, wood and metal surfaces.
Roof Renew – An Eco Friendly Pure Acrylic premium roof paint. RoofRenew is a water-based paint which is adhesion promoted, with excellent UV resistance, water resistance and extremely durable. RoofRenew is available in a wide range of standard colour and this makes for the ideal coating to rejuvenate your roof.
Damp-End – Damp-End is a two-part system consisting of dry and wet ingredients that get mixed together. Damp-End is a plasticized cementitious system. All the binders and materials that Damp-End comprises of is eco-friendly.
Weather Coat – An Eco Friendly Pure Acrylic premium decorative wall paint. WeatherCoat is a water-based paint which is adhesion promoted, UV Stable and extremely durable. This makes for the ideal decorative coating on walls interior and exterior.
Asbestos Flex – AsbestoFlex is an Eco-Friendly Pure Acrylic paint that is flexible. With up to 450% stable elongation, this is the ideal for asbestos roofs due to the constant expanding and contracting movement. The AsbestoFlex is adhesion promoted and has been specifically formulated to adhere to the porous substrate such as asbestos tiles. AsbestosFlex binds the asbestos fibres to ensure they are no longer exposed.
Thermal Seal – ThermaSeal is a Pure Acrylic thermal insulating paint system that is adhesion promoted, UV Stable, flexible and extremely durable. ThermaSeal is ideal for IBR roofs to decrease the temperatures etc.
